F1 Driver Leclerc Eager To Compare Against Lewis At Ferrari

When the two join Ferrari as teammates the following season, Charles Leclerc is interested to see how he stacks up against Lewis Hamilton.

When Hamilton declared in February that he would be leaving Mercedes and joining Ferrari in 2025, the Formula 1 world was taken aback.

Leclerc, a Ferrari driver since 2019, will be teamed with the seven-time champion, and the current driver is eager to watch how he performs in the same vehicle.

Leclerc stated in an ESPN interview,”I don’t think Lewis has any flaws; he’s a really powerful driver who is constantly there and really persistent.”

“So for me it is going to be super interesting to be able to actually look at the data and know that whatever he does I can do, because we have the same car.”

“Now, certainly, you learn from other drivers, but when I look at his data and he is significantly faster in one corner [in the Mercedes], you still have the doubt of whether my car is capable of accomplishing what he does, but next year there won’t be this question mark anymore.”

Hence, it will be enormous.It will be fascinating for me to pick up knowledge from Lewis and demonstrate my own abilities in the same vehicle.
